1. INTRODUCTION & LEGAL NOTICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "TOS") constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. As a digital document, this agreement does not require physical or digital signatures.

The Alpes mobile application ("App") and web platform are owned, operated, and maintained by Alpes Softech Solution ("We", "Us", "Our"). Any terms not explicitly defined herein carry meanings assigned under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3. OUR SERVICES & HOST ECOSYSTEM

Alpes provides a social platform where users can create profiles, connect with friends, participate in live audio/video sessions, and support creators through virtual gifts.

Hosts & Creators

Hosts and Creators are independent users who engage in live video calling, audio rooms, and interactive sessions. Users may send virtual gifts to Hosts during sessions. Alpes Softech Solution processes coin purchases through Razorpay and manages virtual gift balance settlements.

Platform Safety Exclusions

• Zero tolerance for nudity or illegal content — explicit sessions are terminated immediately without refund.
• No background checks of general anonymous users — exercise personal safety caution.
• No offline meetings or contact detail exchanges permitted — violating accounts face permanent bans.

4. AGE RESTRICTION & ELIGIBILITY (18+)

Alpes is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older and legally competent under Indian law.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from Alpes.
• All account registration information submitted is accurate and verifiable.

If we discover that a user is under 18, Alpes Softech Solution reserves the right to immediately terminate access and delete associated account data.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT

In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, users shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, or share any information that:

• Is harmful to minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM - zero tolerance).
• Is pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of privacy, or grossly offensive.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary rights.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India.
• Contains software viruses, malware, bots, or unauthorized commercial spam.

6. PAYMENTS & RAZORPAY INTEGRATION

Purchases of virtual coin packages, subscriptions, and gifting tokens on Alpes are processed through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Rewari, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Alpes.
