3. GENERAL TERMS & YOUR CONSENT

By accessing or using the App, creating an account, entering OTPs, clicking on notifications, or sharing your information in any way, you give permission to Alpes Softech Solution to collect, use, store, and process your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Specific Consent: You agree that we (including our authorized payment processors like Razorpay and technical infrastructure partners) may contact you via SMS, in-app messaging, or email to provide Services, verify account security, or share transaction receipts.

4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that you directly provide to us, as well as information generated automatically during your usage of Alpes:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Full name, email address, phone number, gender, and city
• Profile picture, bio, and account credentials
• OTP verification details sent to your registered mobile number
• Support requests, messages, and feedback submitted to customer service

B. Information Collected Automatically

• App activity, features used, live video/audio call session duration, and coin gift interactions
• Device details (model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address)
• Device permissions (Camera, Microphone, and Foreground Services required for live audio/video calls)
• System logs, timestamps, and error reports

C. Payment Information (Razorpay Integration)

If you purchase virtual coin packages or subscriptions on Alpes, financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. We collect transaction reference numbers, coin package amounts, and payment status. We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking CVVs on our local servers.

5. DATA SECURITY PRACTICES

We take data security seriously. Alpes Softech Solution uses technical, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal data in accordance with industry standards. All personal information and video call feeds are encrypted in transit using AES-256 and SSL/TLS protocols.

Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require access for support, maintenance, or compliance purposes, under binding non-disclosure agreements.

6. YOUR USER RIGHTS (DPDP ACT, 2023)

Under Sections 11, 12, 13, and 14 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request details of personal data being processed and a summary of third parties with whom data is shared.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of personal data no longer required for legitimate purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time and request discontinuation of data processing.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Submit a complaint regarding data processing directly to our Grievance Officer.

7. MINOR PROTECTION & AGE RESTRICTION

Alpes is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has created an account without permission, please contact us immediately at support@alpesapp.com for account deletion.
